Settle or Trial?

Sometimes strong liability and economic damages don't translate all that well in front of a judge or jury. The article is based on studies conducted by the Journal of Empirical Legal Studies and Cornell Law School from 2002 -2005 which tracked over 2054 cases that went to trial.
