This is what makes it all worthwhile...

Dear Mr. King and Mr. Glenn:
I have wanted to write you both an official "thank you" note for such a long time but have lacked the words. Now that the lawsuit is finished and at last paid out, I wonder if I have every conveyed to you how much 1 appreciate everything you did as the champions of my "cause". It meant so much to simply have you take the case, verifying what I knew - that what happened to ________was wrong on every level. Just how wrong became clear to me again last week.
Last Monday, under protest from _________ and me, my sister had a laparoscopic cholecystectomy. She volunteered tor the surgery after having an attack and finding out she had gallstones. At every step, the stark differences between her experience and have been overwhelming. The surgery took about 45 minutes, the surgeon told us it takes three people to do the operation, and here's a big one - she never filled the prescription for her pain medicine. As a going home gift, I gave her, her very own blood pressure monitor, and now one week later, she is going back to work tomorrow.
The kids are doingwell. _______is finishing his freshman year at ________and is loving lT. _______just bought a house in__ and we both have enjoyed doing things to it.
There is so much to thank you and your wonderful staff for that I still have no words. I am so happy that I found you and will forever be grateful foreverything that you have done for us. I wish you both great happiness, good health and continued success. Finally, at the end of this long process, I have to say, for me, being able to sit in on Dr. ______ deposition was worth everything!
Best to you always,
XXXXXX
